PHP 4.1.2 (most PHP features are enabled, including
XSLT support via Sablotron, and working TTF support
via freetype/gd).
This feature allows Apache users to run CGI (Common
Gateway Interface) and SSI (Server Side Include)
programs under user IDs that are different from
the user ID of the calling Web server (normally,
when a CGI or SSI program executes, it runs as
the same user who is running the Web server).
Used correctly, this feature can considerably
reduce the security risks involved in allowing
users to develop and run private CGI or SSI programs.
